1. Deep Work - have 3 hours of UNDISTRACTED work every day. No social media, no email, no phone. Staying focused and removing distractions is key if you wnat to accomplish more.

2. Wake up and go to bed at the same time every day. It increases your energy levels and builds discipline. I've woken up at 5 AM and slept at 9 PM 6 days out of the week for the past 5-6 years.

3. Delayed gratification - too much partying, TV shows, video games, unhealthy food, etc will ruin your motivaion. Work hard now and make short term sacrifices for your long term goal and the future life you want.

4. Work out MINIMUM 3 times a week to train your boddy, but more importantly, train your mind. Exercising regularly builds discipline, resilience and increases your energy. The key is to be consistent with it.

5. How you do one thing is how you do everything. If you don't give 100% to your workouts, you're not going to give 100% to your business. Treat everytihng with excellence and see how your life changes.

6. Practice gratitude. Take time to give thanks every day. I pray to God and thank him daily for the life and opportunity He's given me.

Remember, the quality of your future depends on your daily habits. If you want to chagne your life, start by changing your habits.
